how to force multiple participants to approve a same step simultaneous in aem workflow

I have a requrement, I would like to create a workflow which need each member of group to approve a same step simultaneous.I can asign a group as a participant step, but once one member of this group approved the work item, it will move to next step. I want move to next step when all members of this group approved.

Do you guys have any ideas?

This is an interesting use case. I have not seen any content to address it. I will check with Eng team and post back.

AEM was built so only 1 person (from a group) can advance the workflow - not all members of a group.
