How to configure repository.xml properties in AEM 6.1

Hi,

We are migrating from 5.6 to 6.1.

In 5.6, we have few configurations related to userManager in repository.xml.  SInce repository.xml is not supported in 6.1, how we can configure the same in 6.1.

<UserManager class="org.apache.jackrabbit.core.security.user.UserPerWorkspaceUserManager">

I am not able to find UserManager related configuration in /system/console/configMgr

I know there is not a lot of information there - I am looking to see if there is other documented content.
