How do I add more languages (apart from the available) in the preferences section --> Languages in CRXDE Lite

I am able to add new languages in the Language Preferences that we see on the wcm siteadmin page. This was done by adding more languages in Preferences.js file which is widget class.

But how can I add more languages in the CRXDE Lite --> Preferences --> Language?

I have attached a screen shot explaining what I am referring to...
