How to hide a template from template console? (http://localhost:4502/libs/wcm/core/content/sites/templates.html/conf)

There's no such option/feature to hide templates at admin view console (http://localhost:4502/libs/wcm/core/content/sites/templates.html/conf) but you can do the following to hide.
1. If you want to hide it for certain user groups, you can control or assign the user groups not to access your desired templates.
2. If you don't want the template to be visible while creating pages, you can either disable the template or modify allowed path/templates according to your requirement.
Note: If you disable the template, irrespective of access controls, no one will be able to create pages with that template.

Not sure - If we can able to hide Editable Templates, but dealing with granite:hide it is possible.
Also, you can manage them by providing ACL access rights.
