Get resolved experience in AEM campaign

Is there any API with which I can get the URL of resolved experience AEM content ? I used campaignStore.data, but this is not populated when I hit the page first time.

Not sure what you mean - are you asking if there is an API that will give you a list of defined campaigns?

Not defined campains; but resolved experience/offer/Custom offer. We will target a component in a page. There will be multiple  content for the same component based on different segments. There will be a one to one mapping between segment and experience. At one point of time only one experience/content of the component can be shown based on resolved Segments. AEM is able to resolve the segment and show appropriate content. The content is nothing but a URL to experience under AEM campaign. I need an API to get the experience / Custom Offer URL
