These awards are designed to showcase customers from around the globe creating the most innovative and impactful customer experiences with Adobe Experience Cloud products. 

  

This year, the scope of the Adobe Experience Maker Awards has been expanded to honor Adobe Workfront customers (formerly recognized via the Lion Awards) who are transforming work management within their organizations. We have designed 16 global and regional categories to recognize individuals, companies, and teams.  

 

4 tips on writing a winning Experience Maker Award submission

This year, the Adobe Experience Maker Awards invite you to “Behold the Bold.” We want to bring your breakthroughs to the big stage by showcasing leaders and innovators who are using Adobe Experience Cloud every day to create jaw-dropping digital transformations. While having a great solution is more than half the battle, you also need your awards application to stand out. Read on for a few tips on just how to do that.

 

Global award categories  

Below are the 13 award categories open to the best of the best Experience Makers around the world. 

  1. The Advocate: This award recognizes a company that has embraced a customer-first approach to elevate the customer experience. 
  2. The Ambassador: This award recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond to share their expertise and thought leadership to help their peers and colleagues succeed. 
  3. The Analyzer: This award recognizes a company that has mastered the art and science of data-driven decision making. 
  4. The Architect: This award recognizes a company that has unified its content and marketing strategy to design and deliver personalized customer journeys. 
  5. The Changemaker: This award recognizes a company or individual that has revolutionized the customer experience to drive social impact. 
  6. The Collaborator: The award recognizes a company that has optimized work management to deliver exceptional value for all stakeholders. 
  7. The Disruptor: This award recognizes a company that has transformed the commerce experience by driving growth across multiple sales channels, brands, or geographies. 
  8. The Engager: This award recognizes a company that has transformed how the pipeline is created to drive measurable business growth. 
  9. The Illuminator: This award recognizes a company, individual, or team that has shown great resilience to deliver inspirational customer experiences. 
  10. The Magnifier: This award recognizes a company that has driven business impact using the power of multiple DX solutions. 
  11. The Maverick: This award recognizes a company or individual that has pushed the boundaries of the customer experience through innovative marketing, advertising, or commerce. 
  12. The Orchestrator: This award recognizes a company that has aligned customer journeys across multiple channels, geographies, or platforms to deliver the most cohesive customer experience. 
  13. The Transformer: This award recognizes a company that has driven innovation across people, processes, and technology leading to significant improvements in business results. 

Regional award categories 

These 3 categories recognize bold Experience Makers delivering exceptional experiences within each of the following regions: Americas, EMEA, Japan, and APAC. 
 
The Experience Maker Executive of the Year: This award recognizes a visionary leader who uses bold vision and digital transformation to drive the business forward. 

The Experience Maker Team of the Year: This award recognizes a team that has worked collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business impacts. 
The Experience Maker of the Year: This award recognizes an individual who has applied their expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences and significant business impact for their team and company.
