Hi,
As I need to create a functionality in AEM so, that end user can send a mail to either customer care team or product engineer team from their registered email id.
Say to contact product issue, end user can select product engineer team email id from list of email ids and text area for message (issue description) and Send button.
1. Will it be helpful if I create an application with APIs like- MessageGatewayservice, MessageGatewayservice and Email and "Day CQ Mail Service" configuration to achieve above mentioned requirement?
2. Though I have seen few AEM sites they have mentioned email ids only or on click mail id is getting populated in outlook "To" field.
Please let me know which one would be more efficient process to communicate through mail.
Please correct my understanding as well.
