Edit Toolbar in a Column Control is getting cut for the leftmost column
We have an issue with a custom full width column control component. When the leftmost column in the component is configured less than 50%, the edit toolbar is getting cut to the size of the column. As you can see in the screenshot attached, the element style left is -261px. Please could you help provide the solution.
I am not very clear with the problem statement. Can you please help me in explain it bit more.
Also, steps to reproduce it.

We have a custom column control component where we divide the entire layout into the number of columns with the column layout selected. Here, we divide it into 2 columns with the left and right columns occupying 25% and 75% respectively.
If the left column is less than 50%, the edit toolbar gets cut to the size of the column as shown below.
