Hi,

I have created a segment in AEM 6.2, from Touch UI.

The segment has a boot factor of 3.

How do I modify the boost factor?

Currently I am not able to find a way to modify it.

Path of the segment -

/etc/segmentation/contexthub/augustoffers.html

Regard,

Jagan K

you can do it from classic UI interface.

Go to http://localhost:4502/miscadmin#/etc/segmentation. Create new segment, open this segment. You can see a edit bar there click on it and edit the boost field.

You can change the boost factor from crx/de also , it is stored as segmentBoost property of type Long,

Else, you can create a new segment and define boost factor initially.

Hi bsloki,

Once the segment is opened, the Edit/Design mode bar is visible (as in all other author modes).

The segment boost is also shown on the center of the bar along with title, but there is not way to modify boost factor.

Do we have to change any other property or will it visible in any other dialog?

Regards,

Jagan

Hi Pooja,

We are looking from an author's perspective, if he or she can edit the boost factor, for an existing Segment from the TouchUI interface.

Regards,

Jagan K

Once you open the segment, there will be a 'Edit' bar. Click on that and you will see a field to set for 'Boost'
