Hello everyone.
Unfortunately, it is still down. However, one can use the regular sling server one.
Sling IDE Tooling | Eclipse Plugins, Bundles and Products - Eclipse Marketplace
It works just like the AEM version for the purpose of connecting your AEM eclipse code to the server.
Of course, you won't have other AEM tools just as the personalized view, but at least will get you going.
