I've a problem with /etc resources caching. When i try to activate a new css (through Activate Tree), i see an old file in dispatcher cache. Instead with pages activation there's no problem.
This is what appear in dispatcher log:

You should invalidate css files as well:
/invalidate
{
/0000 { /glob "*" /type "deny" }
/0001 { /glob "*.html" /type "allow" }
/0002 { /glib "*.css" /type "allow }
}

Jörg
