Discrepency in Netcentric AC Tool logs in AEMaaCS

Netcentric AC Tool has been installed in a cloud instance in AEMaaCS. I was reviewing the netcentric ac tool logs and noticed there are quite some discrepancy between what it says in the logs vs. what actually happened in the installation. For example, in the netcentric logs, it says:

18:03:55.381: Authorizable test-site-author isMemberOf(repo)=[]
18:03:55.381: Authorizable test-site-author isMemberOf(config)=[SiteAuthor_NonProd]
18:03:55.381: Authorizable test-site-author remains member of groups []
18:03:55.381: Authorizable test-site-author will be added as member of [SiteAuthor_NonProd]
18:03:55.381: Authorizable test-site-author will be removed from members of []

But when I check the SiteAuthor_NonProd group, it does not have any member; when I checked the test-site-author, it also does not belong to any groups other than everyone.

I have also noticed actool-service has no permission.

If AC Tool is not able to apply for this user, why would it say the user has been added? Is this expected?

Hi,

I think your best option is to open an issue in the GitHub repository of the tool. You may find better experts on the tool itself there: https://github.com/Netcentric/accesscontroltool/issues

Hope this helps
