Design Dialog Not working in Touch ui

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue where we are not able to use design dialog for a component, we are trying to use design dialog for header and footer so that we don't have to edit the same on each and every page.

If someone had faced the same issue please provide some suggestion how we can fix the same.

We are using AEM 6.2.

Node i have created with name as cq:design_dialog.

//Generally, this issue occurs when http server  has some wrong re-write rules configuration.It seems to me that this is a bug in AEM 6.1. Better to raise a ticket to adobe.

I am working on AEM 6.2 & i am not working on webserver ,working on just author environment.
