CSRF token value is empty in IE 8 (compatibility mode with IE 11 installed)

Did any one faced the same issue when hitting on submit button of form(non adaptive) on page with selecting version IE 8  in AEM 6.4

It is redirecting me to forbidden 403 page 

and when I checked error log as follow

23.03.2021 16:54:12.085 *INFO* [0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 [1616498652083] POST /content/formcommons/us/en/OFM.html HTTP/1.1] com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter doFilter: the provided CSRF token is invalid

Note: csrf token library is loading.

The problem occurs when I select IE version 8 or 7 from compatibility mode.

There it was about migrating from 6.0 to 6.1 , But I'm facing an issue within 6.4 and only in IE 8 and below version where the required jquery is loading but still getting error
