Creation of 'Processing Profiles' failing

Hi

I am trying to create a new Processing Profile, however when I submit after giving name there is no response.

In logs I see following message on click of submit.

09.09.2014 15:46:01.496 *INFO* [0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 [1410270361491] GET /apps/dam/ingestion/processingprofiles.1.json HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingRequestProcessorImpl service: Resource /apps/dam/ingestion/processingprofiles.1.json not found

I am trying to create a Processing profile and then map it to 'Adaptive Video Encoding' Video Profile. I will then use this processing profile to apply on video assets that i have uploaded. 

However its failing at the first step.

Is there something wrong that I am doing?

This means that the resource in the AEM JCR is not present.
