Creating Sub Folder under editable template just to organize editable templates folder

if we see under conf/we-retail I want to create new folder to store other templates for same site, which I am not able to create? any work arounds or idea.

You can create like below.

Go to  http://localhost:4502/aem/start 

click on tools and  then click general -> configuration-browser. 

Then it will open the below GUI , there you can create

Once this folder using configuration-browser is created the folder is not visible in touch UI under (general->templates->we-retail).

in that case, you can go to below location and create it.

http://localhost:4502/libs/wcm/core/content/sites/templates.html/conf/we-retail

Here we are talking about folder creation under conf.

Which we are not able to find even if created using  configuration-browser.

If you create a folder using configuration browser , you can see that folder in the below path.

https://localhost:4502/libs/wcm/core/content/sites/templates.html/conf

Make sure you have selected the Editable Templates checkbox while creating the folder.

then you can go inside the folder and create the new templates. 

<if you didnt choose the Editable Template checkbox > the folder will not show up.
