Cq5 workflow step back dialog customization

I am working onm workflow and would like to customize step back dialog, i waan ti make comment text area as mandotory in theis dialog.Can any one help me suggesting how do we do it.

Go to /libs/cq/workflow/extensions/inbox/tbar/back.js and customize the extJS to make the text area

for making comments mandatory edit Complete.js file.
