I have to migrate from cq5.4.1  in the web information said

Supported Java Content Repositories

CQ5 operates with any JSR-170 compliant repository.

 PlatformSupport Level
Day CRX 2.2A: Supported
Apache Jackrabbit 2.2D: Validated

However, in the latest version 5.6.1 doesn't mentioned these JCR.

Supported Java Content Repositories

AEM operates with any JSR-283 compliant repository.

PlatformSupport Level
Adobe CRX 2.4A: Supported
Apache Jackrabbit 2.5.3D: Validated, optional support available

This means that I've to upgrade de JCR? We should have some changes in the content, related to structure or data?

When you do the upgrade for from 5.4 to 5.6.1 your CRX instance will be upgraded for you, you shouldn't need to change your content at all.

And what about Jackrabbit? It is updated to?

We should not have any problem?

Are you using Jackrabbit instead of CRX? I have not idea what the upgrade path would look like if you were actually using Jackrabbit - I don't know of anyone who uses Jackrabbit with CQ.

Adobe Content Repository Extreme (Adobe CRX)[2] is a content repository that implements the content repository API for Java (JSR-170). It is based on the open source reference implementationApache Jackrabbit and serves as the foundation of all other products by Day Software.
