CQ5 operates with any JSR-170 compliant repository.
Reviewing the online information I find that 5.4
CQ5 operates with any JSR-170 compliant repository.
Platform | Support Level |
Day CRX 2.2 | A: Supported |
Apache Jackrabbit 2.2 | D: Validated |
and 5.6.1
AEM operates with any JSR-283 compliant repository.
Platform | Support Level |
Adobe CRX 2.4 | A: Supported |
Apache Jackrabbit 2.5.3 | D: Validated, optional support available |
1)this means that my content structure, or something should be change?
2) In the upgrade migration doesn't talk about change anything about content or jcr. This information is ok? or should change the repository version or when I install the new version CQ5.6.1 the JCR should change?
Any idea?

Upgrade should take care of that in theory. Check this https://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/deploying/upgrading.html
