Corrupt Dispatcher Downloads for Windows?

I'm trying to download the dispatcher for Apache on 32-bit Windows from this page: https://www.adobeaemcloud.com/content/companies/public/adobe/dispatcher/dispatcher.html

The links are serving corrupt zip files however.

Is there any other way I can get the dispatcher files? Or anything I can do with the zips there?

Sorry, I was wrong, the rename trick does work. Rename to .gz first, extract, then rename that file to .zip, and extract again.
