Content backup including dam path- AEMasCS help

Hi Team,

 we have an usecase, we want to take content backup on daily basis including /content/dam path from aemascs production environment and store the backup on our internal server storage. Kindly please let as know how this can be achieved? can we use CTT for this content backup ?

Hi @rajat168 , content transfer tool can only be used to transfer content from a source AEM instance to a target AEM instance. Instead, you can use the Content Copy Tool to copy content to your lower environments from the production environment by adding content sets from where you can package them as well using the package manager. The Content Copy Tool | Adobe Experience Manager


Moreover, if you just need a backup, please refer this document which gives an idea about Adobe's backup and restore features for an AEMaaCS environment,

Backup and Restore in AEM as a Cloud Service | Adobe Experience Manager.

For assets in content/dam you can follow this tutorial and configure it for a daily backup,
