Hi,
I'm facing this error "HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." when I setup dispatcher to the IIS. I tried all the steps mentioned in documentation file. I also tried the step given by Sham HC in this thread "http://help-forums.adobe.com/content/adobeforums/en/experience-manager-forum/adobe-experience-manage..." but no use.
This is the detailed error Information.

Error Code | 0x80070002 |

Can anyone help to resolve this issue.

I've a copy of IIS working with dispatcher v4.2.3 on Win10. I can try if you have any configuration related questions.
