Is this possible that component  (which is  rte HTML source enabled )accepting all relevant scripting languages specified by IMS.??

for example within the component we can add java , js , css html etc .?

This is not really a best practice when developing AEM components.

Hi,

you can mix in a component different server-sides scripting languages (CSS is not a scripting language); though I wouldn't recommend it.
