Closed User Group: user can't access pages after login

hi.

After installing a package with the content which already had Admitted groups, i created user group with the same name and a new user for it. I activated them.

The login works but the page after login is not displayed for this user. So now only the admin can log-in and see closed pages.

Can it be a problem what the step "Applying Your Closed User Group To Content Pages" came as installed. And I created users after?

How to fix the login for this new user?

yes everything as written here:   http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-5/howto/create_apply_cug.html

But didn't do "Applying Your Closed User Group To Content Pages"  . The group was already defined.

should I deactivate and activate the pages again?
