Change thumbnail button is not there for asset in our environment.

Hi,

 

I don't see the change thumbnail button for the assets in our environment. Dynamic media is configured and enabled in our environment and version is cloud service. 

 

Here, there's no button in our environment. What could be the reason?

Can you share the steps followed and the error that you see in the error.logs to debug more on this?

    Hi @kiran_vedantam ,

    There's no error in logs and I have followed this document https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/assets/dynamic-media/dynamic-media-video-thumbnails-feature-video-use.html.

    Also, we are using dynamic media classic in our project. Could it be because of that we don't see change thumbnail button.
