I have scheduled exam for AD0-E717 Adobe Commerce Developer with Cloud Add-on Professional certification exam, I also joined before 15 mins of scheduled time & During the initial connection with the proctor, I was advised to download the GoToMeeting software instead of using the browser, as there was a delay on the proctor’s end. While I was in the process of downloading the software, proctor was sharing the session ID and the browser call was unexpectedly disconnected in the middle of that conversation. Subsequently, I received an email notification indicating that I was disconnected from the exam session.
The email provided instructions to reconnect; however, when I attempted to access the provided link, I was prompted for a session ID, which I did not receive due to the disconnection. & now exam status is showing “Approved by Auditor”. They asked to reschedule the exam without taking exam. Please need help in this situation. I also mailed to certif@adobe.com & waiting for their response. Please guide to get refund or atleast reschedule exam without fee for next.
I won’t be able to pay $95 again for certification. I request community & adobe employees to please provide some solution
