Hi,

Please check here in stack overflow: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19414912/cq5-cancel-individual-property-inheritance-of-a-live-cop...

Add "fieldEditLockMode" property with value "true" to your component dialog to enable cancelling of individual properties inheritance:

set fieldEditLockMode to true

This thread too discusses the same: http://help-forums.adobe.com/content/adobeforums/en/experience-manager-forum/adobe-experience-manage...

As in above thread mentioned, it will be applicable for Classic UI, but also please check this docs for Touch UI: https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/sites/msm/msm-livecopy.html

Hope this Helps!!

Thanks,
Ratna Kumar.
