Can you run a download report in Brand Portal that shows the download date?

I'm trying to run a downloads report out of the Brand Portal that shows what was downloaded, by whom, and when. I'm able to capture the what and whom but have not been able. to find out how to add when? Does anyone know how to get that data point?

I think, you do not need to add the “when” field separately. When you donwloaded the report do you see Asset Name, Downloaded By (User), and Download Time or a similarly titled field?

I expect when opened in Excel or similar, this will reflect the specific “when” each asset was downloaded.As per Adobe's documentation here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-brand-portal/using/admin-tools/brand-p... says "Download report lists and details about all the assets downloaded in a specific date and time range."

I am seeing downloaded by but have seen no place to get the downloaded when. It shows modified and added dates but not download dates.

Ahh, that's the confusion. I really doubt there’s a way to get the exact “downloaded on” timestamp directly from Brand Portal.
As a workaround for now, if you really need the “when,” the closest option is to check the AEM audit logs or any Adobe Analytics integration, which record download events with timestamps.
