can Token-based authentication be supported by Managed Service?

Hi all,

I can find the article https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-with-aem-headless/authentication/overview.html?lang=en which talks about solutions for token based authentication support provided by AEM as a Cloud Service.

Do we have a similar solution for AEM Managed Service version?

Hi @baoyu_li,

There is no explicit mention about Token Based Authentication for AMS in official docs.

I suggest to have a check with your AMS CSE(Customer Success Engineer) for the same.

Meanwhile, you can cross check by accessing any AEM APIs hosted in AMS (lets say any lower environments) with Basic Authentication from POSTMAN and see if it works without 401
