Can't seems to get the toolbar to open

Hi there,

For some reason my toolbar is not showing options for me to work on after sometimes i've used it:

while my colleagues have a toolbar like this (my previous toolbar is also like this)

I tried to clear cache but still have no clue

Any idea how to fix it?'

For options which are disabled in sidekick, could be a permission issue or check if page missing the jcr:content Node
