Hi all,

I've enabled CUG to some of the page in my website but now, I cannot disable CUG on my published site.

I am using CQ5.3. (will upgrade soon)

Thank you.

Shin,

How you trying to disable it ? You just have to remove user from page property and activate that page. After that you can go to HOST:PORT/system/console/slingauth in your publish instance and check if authentication required for your page is still true. If yes then create a daycare ticket with your issue.

I disable CUG by going to page properties, un-check the CUG enable check box and remove the user group.

I've checked the  HOST:PORT/system/console/slingauth, CUG is still enabled. Will create a daycare ticket now. Thanks.
