Asset Downloads from Dynamic Media

Hi All,

Q.1) I am syncing my assets to dynamic media and sharing same URL with third party application. Is there any way third party application can downloads assets directly from Dynamic Media .

Q.2) Also I tried to add full  path of DAM assets (domain/content/dam/test.jpg) images, PDF, PSD files in HTML Page of third party application with anchor tag having download attribute . Some of assets are getting download but some of them are opening in tab instead of downloading. Is there any way we can download these images, PDF etc.
