annotation error

I am trying to add annotations to my pages and either nothing happens after clicking "+" and then a spot on the page OR i get an error that says "annotation operation failed"

Hi Devan,

Check user has write permissions on pages. Sounds like a permission issue unless you share the logs.

Hi there - it works sometimes when i'm logged in, and sometimes it doesn't. I've been using Chrome and having these issues but today switched to FireFox and am able to add annotations. Is this a known issue?

Hi Devan,

  Permission issue can;t be browser specific sounds like other issue.  Collect har and compare with chrome & firefox. The difference should help to find the cause.
