AEM6.0 -image drag and drop from content finder to component in TOUCH UI

Hi,

I am using custom textimage component , for drag and drop the image from content finder , I have removed "uploadUrl   String    ${suffix.path}" property from file property , because of this only upload asset button is going to disabled but I am not able to drag and drop image ,I am trying to do in AEM6.0 but when I am using same thing in AEM6.1 then the same thing is working.Please help me out , this is version issue or am I missing anything.

Sounds like a version issue. If it works on AEM 6.1 - and not 6 - that sounds like something was fixed in 6.1 that is not in 6 and that is why its not working. For me to give more details - I would need to see your custom component. 

Why are you even modifying the out of the box text image component. Why is it not meeting your needs in 6?

I have added the image position field  in ootb text image component ,Please find attached dialog.xml file and custom component jsp.
