How can I create workflow for approval workflow with a participant step?

For example : Any Career Opportunity created need to be approved by region heads before listing it on site.

You can create AEM workflows at : http://localhost:4502/libs/cq/workflow/admin/console/content/models.html and below sample model screenshot might help you.
