AEM sites OOTB forms component vs Adaptive forms touch UI support

Is there a touchUI support for  "OOTB AEM Site forms component " ? we are not able to see touchUI interface.

Is this available via any service pack for  AEM 6.2 ?

Is touchUI only supported for Adaptive Forms via AEM Forms license ?
