In the case of AEM LDAP Integration,
1. Will the users originally residing in LDAP be brought and stored in AEM necessarily or there is a way of still maintaining them in LDAP only?
2. In Author instance, authors could be stored in LDAP. But in Publish instance, could the end users also be stored in LDAP? What is the general practice for it? If the end users are lacks in number, will it create performance issues in AEM, in case we choose to store all users in AEM?
3. How about passwords? Will they also be brought over to AEM?
4. In the use case, where users are allowed to change password from AEM, how this works?
In AEM, we could always create screens for user to enter his user name, old password and new password.
But what to do after that? LDAP is generally a secured place to store users for all corporate sites and if individual systems are allowed to change passwords, it may result in chaos.
