AEM Sites -

Developer

A typical candidate has a minimum two years’ total CMS experience and one or more years’ experience with CQ 5.x/AEM 6.0; and a minimum two years’ experience as a Java developer.

Lead Developer

A typical candidate has a minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience with any CMS; a minimum 2 years’ experience with AEM; and 5+ years’ as a Java programmer. As an AEM Lead Developer, you should have completed at least two AEM projects and can manage a team of 2-3 ‘‘junior level’’ developers.

AEM - Architect

A typical candidate has a minimum of: five years' experience with WCM; five years' experience with AEM; three years' experience with OSGi framework (Bundles/Services, tag libraries). At least five years' experience coding with Java/J2EE and a minimum three years' experience integrating AEM into application servers and Web servers.

AEM Forms

A typical candidate has at least 1 year of CMS experience, a minimum 1+ years' experience with CQ 5.x/AEM 6.x, and a minimum 2 years' experience as a Java developer. They also have an understanding of: HTML, JSP, JSTL/tag library, JavaScript/jQuery, and client libraries. In addition, they also have an understanding of HTTP and REST, XML, JSON, JCR, sling, and OSGi.

There is no hierarchy to attempt for certification.

Thanks

Arun
