AEM Clustered 'Watch Folder'

Avatar

Level 1

Hi,

We are using AEM 6.2 for generating PDF and we are using a Java Web application to place template and data (xml) in watched folder.

AEM 6.2 picks the template and data(xml) from watched folder and generate the PDF file.

We have a requirement to make cluster of AEM 6.2 instances. Can you provide steps/ reference doc on how to setup 'Watched Folder' in AEM Clustered environment?

Thanks.

We are not using JBoss to host AEM. We are running 'CQ-quickstart-6.3.0.jar' from command prompt (standalone) and it is getting hosted with default web server (Jetty). Is it possible to cluster if we run multiple instances in above mentioned approach?

If clustering thru JBoss is the only option, can you provide steps on how to set up and use 'Watched Folder' folder generate PDF?
