I have made a direct connection between AEM-Campaign and the connection is successful. I am using campaign classic and AEM 6.5.6 and OOTB email template/components. The campaign cloud services value is configured with the integration, and the templates get synced to campaign. but, in properties for those email, in the Email tab, the campaign button remains disabled. In the Adobe Campaign tab, the Template drop down also remains disabled. If i edit the email by adding a component say, Text and Personalization, then i try to edit the component value, the campaign here also remains disabled. What should i do.
(In campaign i am able to synchronise/desynch the email easily)

@Shaheena_Sk I'm Not very sure, however, your issue appears to stem from incomplete configurations or missing permissions.
verify for Campaign Cloud Service configuration in AEM with
Check User Permissions.
