AEM 6.5 Updating CM Form Failed

Hi Everyone,

In AEM 6.5 inbox there are many messages like Updating CM Form Failed as shown in the below image. 

1. What could be the reason for these messages, and how can this be fixed?

2. What precautions can be taken to avoid this in the future?

Hi Bangar,

1. What would be the consequences of taking the actions suggested in the link you had provided?

2. Will it in any way negatively affect the recently updated and uploaded form templates (.xdp forms)? 

3. Will it undo the recently updated xdp forms?
