Abstract

Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 release focuses on to create personalized brand experience which includes smart crop, visual search,headless content delivery,Automated Forms Conversion, etc. which help to deliver the right content with better customer experience.
SPA (Single Page Application) Editor

By using AEM SPA (Single Page Application) Editor, developers can easily build web sites using SPA Framework and authors can seamlessly edit content within AEM.SPA Editors are more powerful in AEM 6.5 with multi-site management.It enables authors to leverage the AEM 6.5 capability to manage React/Angular SPA within AEM.

Visual Search
Visual search is used to find visually similar assets in the DAM. Visual Search is Adobe Sensei powered search capability which identifies the content and composition of image and automatically adds meta Tags to instantly deliver search results based on the visual information.
Headless Content Delivery

Up to AEM 6.4, Content Fragment Model is to be created which is converted into the content fragment. It is then placed on AEM pages using Sling Model to export into JSON.

In AEM 6.5, the HTTP API supports the delivery of content fragments. Create Content Fragment and then leverage the Asset HTTP API to export it in JSON format.

Editable Templates
They allow authors to create and edit templates. Template authors can create and configure templates without help of development team.
