AEM 6.2 - Page editable templates

Hi all,

I'm learning how to manage editable templates. I reached for template with static components to be edited by the author. But I cannot get how to configure my custom dynamic template for allowing the user to drag and drop some set of components to a parsys for giving more flexibility for customizing the future pages generated using that template. Could anyone give an example or how to configure a maven project for having this possibilty?
