AEM 6.2 package setting ignore folder on target instance

Hi,

i need copy jcr content into another instance. I created package with filter for /apps and execute /apps/system. When i installed this package into target instance so folder /apps is complete replace. I need don't replace/remove on target instance folder /apps/system. I thought that when i add into filter package exclude on /apps/system that he'll be ignore folder for build and too for installation package. Can u help me i use AEM 6.2.

I added too screenshot source, target before installation package a after installaton package.

- this screenshot shows that folder /apps/system, /apps/b2e/config.author and /apps/b2e/config.author.test was remove.
