AEM 6.2 'Create Component' in CRX Next button disabled

When trying to use the 'Create Component' wizard in CRXDE Lite, I am not able to get to the options to 'Allowed Parents'/'Allowed Children.' Then next button is disabled on the 2nd screen 'Advanced Component Settings.'

Is there any way to enable this? Does there need to be something entered or configured somewhere?
