AEM 6.1 scheduled back-up using configuration file

I need to take AEM 6.1 back-up but I don't wanna take it neither by their default Tools->Operations->Backup system nor via curl create a script to automate. 

I need to create a configuration file with cron job added property so it by default take back-up after a certain period of time. 

I followed a blog to get an idea about it. http://www.wemblog.com/2012/03/how-to-run-online-backup-using-curl-in.html

In this blog, they've provided a sample backup configuration using configuration files but it's for data store only. But, it need to take the complete back-up as we do by curl or by AEM back-up. 

Please help me out.
