Adobe Screens for Digital Signage

Good day,

Really struggling with finding resources to help understand how Adobe Screens can service us.

Am looking for real basic information on signal flow from my device to the in-store display device that's two states away.

Where can I learn about hardware needed and how AEM Screens uses that hardware???

So far, not having much luck connecting directly with somebody at Adobe.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
