Adobe DAM Asset upload via zip file issues

AEM 6.5 Attempting to extract a large zip archive of nested folders and files. I am able to upload the archive and select "extract archive" from the context menu when the archive is selected. I select a destination, but then everything just stops - no progress indicator or error message is displayed and the archive never gets extracted to the destination. Am I missing something?

@bhroadking are you using AEM desktop app? Which version of AEM are you using? Are you a user or Developer? Do you have access logs?
