Add Hotspot button not available in Asset Editor

Hi,

I need to use the Interactive Images  feature of AEM for my project. According to this example, when we edit an image in asset editor, for example, http://localhost:4502/mnt/overlay/dam/gui/content/assets/assetedit.html/content/dam/cycling_1.jpg , it gives an option to Add Hotspot. But I can't see this option in my local (Aem 6.3) even when I start my local with dynamic media parameter -r dynamicmedia_scene7. I have also installed the cq-6.3.0-sp1-featurepack-14410-1.2.4

Could anyone help me why I am not getting the Add hotspot button and how could I solve this.
