Avatar

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with my portfolio. It was working fine when I created it last year, and I updated it about three months ago. However, when I opened it today, I received an error message and can't seem to resolve it. Can anyone help?

Hi @PriyaSa5
Could you please check if you have Creative Cloud licence?

Yes, I do have a License. I have been paying for it for the last three years. Even when I clicked the link you gave, it also showed me a 403 error.

I hope that is not the right answer?
If Adobe thinks they can decide if I am allowed to use VPN, I guess it's time to drop the subscription. This is outrageous.
